How to use high phenolic EVOO from everyday to daily health shot

First of all the official health claims for olive oil are few and far in between. But there is one aspect of olive oil that is gathering a great deal of attention. The polyphenols in fresh olive oil made from green unripened olives. They are called phenolic compounds and they are being investigated not only for alleviating symptoms but even as treaments for a variety of diseases and conditions.

The phenolic compounds are sensitive to light, oxygen and heat. They can deteriorate more rapidly if not kept in below 16°C. Temperatures in warehouses, trucks and retail outlets can soar well above 25°C.

This is is why we created the first end-to-end solution for high phenolic EVOOs. We achieved this feat by controlling the temperature in the supply chain all the way to the display.
