Dimitra high phenolic extra virgin olive oil is certified cold pressed by the Agricultural Coop of Prinos which constantly monitors the quality of olives by implementing best practices for organic and traditional agriculture. It contains a high phenolic content which is the result of careful monitoring of the quality of olives by implementing best practices for organic agriculture to guarantee the highest quality olive oil.

Agricultural Coop of Prinos was established in 1926. It started with 60 olive growers and has now grown to over 300. Since 1938 most of the local olive growers produce their olive here at the coop. The Prinos olive mill coop has set a high standard of production from the olive grove to the production and storage. All the olive oil production is stored in two batches Organic and Traditional so as to guarantee the high quality of the olive oil and storage conditions.
The Thassians have produced olives and olive oil, famous in the whole Mediterranean, since antiquity. The taste of the olive oil is mild in character and is a golden-yellow colour.
