Artemis Alliance Inc. was incorporated in Canada in 2005 as a vehicle for strategic alliances in holistic lifestyle research and innovation. It is the parent company of the Aristoleo® trademark and all Aristoleo entities worldwide.

In 2012 — the same year the EU Health Claim Regulation 432/2012 created the category of High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (HP EVOO) — Athan Gadanidis began corresponding with Dr. Prokopios Magiatis at the University of Athens, whose research had established a method to accurately measure phenolic compounds in olive oil using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. Artemis Alliance Inc. invested in that research, leading to the patented Aristoleo® Test Kit. Aristoleo® Ltd. was subsequently incorporated with Athan Gadanidis as director.

Today, Aristoleo operates as a global certification authority for High Phenolic EVOO — running the Aristoleo Awards, the only competition worldwide exclusive to High Phenolic olive oil and table olives, and administering the Aristoleo Certified Protocol for producers seeking verified qNMR certification. Aristoleo was the sole private entity in the EU-funded ARISTOIL Interreg MED programme, a three-year, five-country study on best practices for producing and marketing High Phenolic EVOO.

Aristoleo+ is the consumer longevity protocol developed by Marilyn Harding and Athan Gadanidis — delivering qNMR-certified High Phenolic EVOO through the MicroDosing method to peak performers who take their longevity seriously. It is the direct expression of everything Aristoleo’s certification work established: if the science is rigorous enough to certify producers, it is rigorous enough to build a personal protocol around.

Marilyn Harding and Athan Gadanidis are based on Aegina Island, Greece.
